Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of casaheart.com and any purchase from CasaHeart, which is operated by Rayfinite LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("CasaHeart," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

If a product page shows specific shipping, return or warranty terms for a product, those terms apply to that product, but they can't reduce your rights under our damaged, defective or wrong-item policy or under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. The site isn't directed to children. If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that are involved in fraud.

3. Products, descriptions and images

Many of our products are supplied and shipped by independent suppliers, and product descriptions and images may come from those suppliers. We try to be accurate, but colors can vary by screen, measurements are approximate, and natural materials such as wood, stone and ceramic vary in grain, color and finish. If an item you receive is damaged, defective, wrong or materially different from its description, our Refund & Returns Policy explains your remedy.

Some products may carry warnings, including California Proposition 65 warnings where applicable. Please read the product page and packaging before use.

4. Pricing, availability and errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change before you place an order. Supplier stock can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and give you a full refund for that item. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information because of a typographical, technical or supplier error, we may cancel orders for that product and give you a full refund. An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We may limit quantities and refuse orders that appear fraudulent.

5. Payment and taxes

By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and our payment processors. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout.

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@rayfinite.com so we can try to fix it. This doesn't limit any rights you have under law or your card agreement.

6. Shipping, returns and damaged items

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refunded item price. The customer also pays return shipping, and original shipping isn't refunded. There is never a restocking fee on damaged, defective or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, please report it to support@rayfinite.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you, and we'll still review later reports as required by law. CasaHeart handles any claim with the supplier, carrier or shipping insurer. You'll never be required to file one yourself. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order to your shipping address.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the CasaHeart name and logo, site design and text, belong to Rayfinite LLC or its licensors. Supplier images and descriptions remain the property of their owners. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping only. Please don't copy, scrape or republish site content without our written permission. If you submit reviews, photos or feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use and display them in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to share them. To report copyright infringement, email support@rayfinite.com with the details.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: use the site unlawfully; place fraudulent orders or use payment methods you aren't authorized to use; scrape the site or use bots other than standard search-engine indexing; interfere with the site's security or introduce malware; impersonate anyone; post unlawful, infringing or misleading content; or try to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

9. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers and apps. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

10. Warranties

Any manufacturer or supplier warranty that comes with a product is provided by that manufacturer or supplier unless we say otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, and except as stated in these Terms, our policies or on a product page, we make no additional express warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any implied warranty or other consumer right that can't be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CasaHeart, Rayfinite LLC and its members, managers and agents aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the site or any product. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under non-waivable consumer protection laws.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify CasaHeart and Rayfinite LLC against third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This choice of law doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence, including California, which continue to apply.

14. Disputes

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@rayfinite.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Courts. If we can't resolve it, you or we may bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction, including the courts where you live or another court permitted by law. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives your right to go to court.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Changes apply going forward and don't affect orders already placed.

16. General

These Terms and our incorporated policies are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and your purchases. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer. We aren't liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or supplier disruptions, severe weather or labor actions, but this doesn't affect your right to cancel for a refund described in our Shipping Policy.
